Each student was coached in their preferred sport, coming away with a special tip from an Olympian that they will cherish for life.

The YMCA gymnastics programs are designed for children of all ages and abilities. The aim of the program is to develop life skills including confidence, self esteem, body awareness, and movement foundations, along with fitness while still having fun.  All the participants have the opportunity to learn and progress at their own ability and time taking into account their activity level and concentration span.  Gymnastics is a great foundation for all other sports alongside life skills.
