The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) are pleased to present a new look Olympians Alumni for all Australian Olympians. The new series of communication platforms will allow you to reconnect with Team mates and keep you informed with Olympic news.

Athlete365:

Athlete365 is the new brand of all IOC athlete programmes to ease communication with athletes. This was launched at the International Athletes’ Forum held from 11-13 November 2017 in Lausanne. Currently, there are 6 Athlete365 themes/topics (Voice, Learning, Well-being, Finance, Careers, Games-time). Click here to sign up. 

OLY Post-Nominal Letters:

In late 2017, the World Olympians Association unveiled its landmark OLY post-nominal letters initiative in Lausanne. WOA President, Joel Bouzou invites all Olympians around the world to sign up to use OLY after their names. This is exclusive to Olympians, serving as a symbolic recognition of an Olympian’s status in society, the OLY will help to promote Olympians’ social, charitable and community-based work, acting as a unifying reminder of achievements and their responsibility to embody the values of Olympism in everyday life. You may use OLY on official documents, business cards, resumes, letters and social media. Register here.

Olympians Mentor Program:

In conjunction with the AOC’s Athletes’ Commission the AOC has created the Olympians Mentor Program.

The AOC Mentor Program is tailored specifically for Australian Olympic athletes with the goal of linking them with fellow Olympians who are now experts in their field, as well as Australian business leaders who can offer insight, advice and help coach them through the next stage of their life.

To ensure the success of this program a pilot program, inviting a number of Olympians and mentors to take part will occur in 2018.

This is a closed group dedicated to Australian Olympians. Annual magazine: In March 2018 look out for the ‘2017 Australian Olympians Annual’ magazine delivered to every Olympian’s home. It’s a highlights reel of 2017 and preview of the 2018 Olympic year.

Olympians Clubs: By virtue of being an Olympian you are a member of a very exclusive club. The Olympians Clubs operate in every state and gather throughout the year for social events.
