                    Sydney 2000: Waving to crowd, Andrew Hoy of Australia on Darien Powers tastes victory in the 3-Day team event where his team finished with the gold medal.   Six Games, four medals including three gold and flag bearer in 1996. Aiming for Beijing.


                    Steven Bradbury
                    Salt Lake 2002: Steven Bradbury of Australia raises his arms in victory after finishing first in the men's 1000m speed skating final, giving him the gold medal. Bradbury was the first to cross the finish line after the rest of the competitors collided on the last lap.   Steven Bradbury's gold in Salt Lake in 2002 was the first ever won by an Australian.


                    Alisa Camplin
                    Alisa Camplin shows her delight with her second Olympic medal, bronze in the Torino 2006 aerials.   The former gymnast was Australia's first Olympic skiing champion and back to back medallist.


                    Dawn Fraser
                    Melbourne 1956: Australia's swimming champion Dawn Fraser won two gold medals and one bronze medal in front of her home crowd in Melbourne.  Gold for the 100m freestyle and 4x100m freestyle relay and bronze in the 400m freestyle.   Dawn Fraser won consecutive 100m freestyle gold in 1956, 1960 and 1964.
