BLOG: I've been having a great time in Melbourne catching up with friends and family while completing my rehab program. My foot is healing well and getting a lot stronger. But with the snow season opening in 12 days I'm ready to hit the road again!

FIGURE SKATING: Sydneysider Cheltzie Lee skated into the hearts of Australians when she was just 16 years old. As our only figure skater at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, Lee produced two huge personal best performances to finish an impressive 20th overall.

BLOG: The Aussie Icebirds (Australian Women's Bobsleigh team) are hard at our off season training at the moment. After a few weeks off after a gruelling 2012-2013 season, we started back training again to begin the 10 month preparation leading up to Sochi.

SOCHI2014: Ten Network Holdings today announced it had signed an agreement with the IOC to broadcast the XXII Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, in 2014.

BLOG: During the off season it’s rest and then straight back into the gym to get strong for the coming northern hemisphere summer. Knees, backs and energy levels deteriorate slowly over the winter season and now that I am home it’s time to build them back up to peak form especially this being potentially the most important year of my sporting career.
