Athlete Biography

Christie Dawes, coached by her husband Andrew, competed in the Athens 2004 Olympic Games 800m wheelchair demonstration event. In addition to her Olympic experience, Dawes competed at the Atlanta 1996, Sydney 2000, Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games, winning her first medal, a bronze, in Beijing after many dedicated years.
